Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for items in new condition. This means the item should be new and in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags. We will not accept any returns postmarked after 30 days of purchase date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. No exceptions.
To begin the return process, visit our Returns & Exchange Center. You will need your order number to begin this process. Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid mailing label with step-by-step instructions on how to return your items. A discounted return label cost of $10.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free.
1. Be in a clean, unworn condition, and free of pet hair, cigarette smoke, or debris
2. Include original tags, and all original parts and accessories, such as batteries and cables
CANADA RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items in new with original tags condition. Canadian customers are responsible for shipping, brokerage/customs charges, and returns. We do not offer exchanges on orders outside the USA.
OTHER RETAILER RETURNS
If you purchased your product from a third-party dealer, retailer, website, or distributor, please contact them directly for assistance. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website.
Order Cancellations
Price Match
Spotted a better deal on our website soon after your purchase? We will price match current advertised prices within 7 days of your original order. To qualify, the exact product, size, and color you purchased must still be in stock and available for sale. Simply contact us with your Order # with your request, and a team member will assist you with a price adjustment on your original order. Shipping is excluded and not accounted for in any price match adjustments.
The following do not qualify for price match:
- Prices after coupon codes
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Products that included "gift with purchase" such as a free battery

Gift Recipients
We require an order number for all returns or exchanges. If you are a gift recipient, please reach out to the original purchaser for the order number. Please note only exchanges for size or color are accepted, as monetary refunds will be applied to the original purchaser's payment method.
Warranty
We gladly support a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturer defects on all products purchased from an authorized Venture Heat dealer.
If you have a warranty request, please first submit a Warranty Request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Items received without a valid RMA# are not accepted and will be discarded without warning

Our 1 Year Limited Warranty applies only to customers with proof-of-purchase from the following Authorized Dealers:
